LingZhi Green Tea with Goji Berry & Chrysanthemum

This mild-tasting herbal tea blend will keep nourished and relaxed as you go about your day!


In Traditional Chinese Medicine, this blend helps to clear the liver meridian, improving vision, alleviating fatigue in summer, and enhancing mental focus.

  • 1 piece of whole EV LingZhi (~15 g)

  • 3 g of green tea leaves

  • 3 g chrysanthemum flowers

  • 3 g of goji berries

​1.

​Put the EV LingZhi, green tea leaves, chrysanthemum flowers and goji berries into a pot with 1 litre of water and bring to a boil.

Put on low heat once boiling and simmer for another 15 minutes.

3.

Sieve and serve hot or with ice and enjoy!

Reuse:

The piece of EV LingZhi can be brewed with until tasteless and colourless. Supplement the other ingredients as necessary.

Storage:

Tea can be stored in fridge for 3 days or kept frozen for a week.
